High-Grade Golden Hill Turquoise earrings with silver beads around the bezel set in sterling silver. Hallmark stamped on back of earrings with 925 & bee hallmark.
Golden Hill Turquoise is a rare soft blue color with a range of lavender. Its matrix is brown, sometimes rust in color. This turquoise is one of the most chemically pure and only mined once a year in Khazakhstan. The miners have to wait until the dead of winter, when the ice freezes a fast running river so they can dig underneath for this unique turquoise. Turquoise is believed to carry properties of good luck, healing and protection.
